Dr. Pastor Oluwatayo Dare, Lead Pastor and President of the Healing Stream Ministry International, headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine.
It is his passion to bring the mandate given to him by God to life, and He is a lover of God and people. He has an unquenchable thirst and passion for God and for people.

He is both anointed and gifted with the prophetic, and dissects the Word line upon line in an intriguing manner. He is married to Dr. Opemipo Dare,  who pastors with him, and they are blessed with a beautiful daughter, Michelle.

Pastor Opemipo Adetifa-Dare, Co-Senior Pastor and First Lady of HSMI, is passionate about drawing people into a closer walk with God. She shares her husbands' passion for National Transformation and loving God's people.
